News: Scruff of the Neck announce huge Year’s End Festival party

Following a year crammed full of gigs, tours and festivals, it seems only fitting that Scruff of the Neck & Distiller should want to celebrate in what’s rapidly become their trademark style. Building on the success of previous events the two have worked together on, Year’s End is a multi-venued festival featuring some of the most exciting new and established bands from across the UK.

With 3 stages split between the Ritz and Gorilla just across the road, the Festival promises to close out 2018 with a bang. Fresh off the back of two packed hometown shows, Cassia and Plastic House join London’s Spector to round off the festival’s headliners, while Manchester favourites The Whip play their first show in their city in over a year. Elsewhere the likes of Bloxx and Vistas will be joined by local legends-in-the-making Saytr Play and Urban Theory.

Marking the first Manchester festival curated between Scruff of the Neck and Distiller Music, Year’s End offers an alternative to the seasonal celebrations you’re so used to while providing a platform that showcases some of the best bands from up and down the country.
