MARSICANS – These Days
With a debut album on the horizon, Leeds band Marsicans have been releasing hit after hit in 2020. Their new banger These Days starts slow then turns into a killer summer anthem with big riffs, addictive melodies and that recognisable Marsicans sound!
BAD TOUCH – See You Again
Bit different for us at H2N, Bad Touch are one of the UK’s premier American blues-rock sounding artist. Their new track See You Again is on their upcoming record and is the most typical Bad Touch track they’ve released to date. Love it!
ASYLUMS – Platitudes
Another artist due to release a record this year, Asylums have put out their latest track Platitudes for the world to hear! This is one of my favourite releases from these guys since their debut record and is a real return to form.
THE BLINDERS – Mule Track
One of the few bands I’ve yet to dislike a release from. The Blinders are one of the best live bands in the UK and with their new one Mule Track, have released a song that is just as energetic and heavy on track. Love the vibe from this new one from these guys and look forward to future releases in 2020.
YOUNG CULTURE – I’ll Be There
This month’s overseas artist is the incredible Young Culture hailing from New York. New track I’ll Be There is there most complex to date and is a great addition to their catalogue of anthems. It’s classy, smooth and has real great old Bastille vibes that I love.
FOREIGN AIR – Don’t Use My Name
We’ve added a second US artist this week as I’m in love with some of the sounds coming out of their rock scene at the moment. Foreign Air are a real breath of fresh air in the LA scene and new track Don’t Use My Name is a great example of their work. The duo are inventive and every track pushes new boundaries.
