Roddy Woomble to stop in York and Hebden Bridge on March UK Tour

RODDY WOOMBLE has announced a run of UK dates for 2018 as he continues to tour his latest solo outing ‘The Deluder’.

Roddy Woomble released his latest album ‘The Deluder’ on A Modern Way/Empty World last year and will be touring the UK throughout March 2018. Support for the tour comes from rising singer-songwriter and A Modern Way label-mate Tom Joshua.

Kicking off in Stirling on 15th March, the run spanning across three weeks takes in 10 dates across Scotland and England with an appearance at Stockton Calling Festival on 31 March.

Mar 22 – The Hare & Hounds, Birmingham
Mar 23 – The Haunt, Brighton
Mar 24 – Oslo, London
Mar 25 – Portland Arms, Cambridge
Mar 31 – Stockton Calling Festival, Stockton-on-Tees

Following on from the brooding, atmospheric ‘Like Caruso’ single and showcasing the diversity of his acclaimed fourth solo album ‘The Deluder’ – recent single ’Jupiter’ sees Roddy and his band in a surreal & playful mood channeling both solo McCartney and Pavement, in a quirky, melodic and memorable pop song.
